Each culture on Elendor MUSH is governed by one or more Rulers who are assisted by a group of players known
as Local Administrators. The cultural administration is responsible for handling the OOC command of the
culture, and they can be approached with questions, comments and suggestions about TPs (TinyPlots),
RP (Role-Play) and thematic issues, to name a few items.
