Titles for Inactive Players
Sometimes inactivity occurs due to real life. Sometimes it happens unexpectedly, and sometimes it's a planned occurance. Inactivity at the senior level can disrupt In Character (IC) activities. To prevent this, each Guild head will evaluate the activity levels of each senior player and if he/she determines that the player has become inactive they will send an e-mail advising that inactive player that their title is to be changed to reflect their changed status. A week or two is usually given to the inactive player, so that they have the opportunity to discuss the matter with the guild head or change their inactive state.
Once the title is changed, the inactive player can return to their former title if their former position is vacant and they can demonstrate a return to activity.
