While Galadriel and Celeborn are the leaders of the realm in the IN CHARACTER realm of Lorien, there are many tasks that require busy little admin elves (similar to the cobbler elves) to quietly work behind the scenes. The Local Admins (LAs) can help you OOCly with setting up, RP, TPs, and any other questions you might have. Higher than the LAs are the +rulers, who are appointed to a position over several cultures and have the final decision on all culture-related administrative affairs. +Rulers may or may not be Galadhrim. Additionally, +greeters are empowered to +culture new players and can be reached if you are trying to join or set up your Galadhrim character.
Lórien is part of the Normal culture system, which is governed by +rulers Gandalf and Sauron. Normal consists of Northern (Eagles), Moria, and Lórien.
