DESCRIPTION:
Alatriel has sparkling silver eyes, and a small amount of hair above her eyes make up her eyebrows, She has long, sparkling blonde hair.. She wears something on the lines of a dress, which matches her hair well. Most of the time when she's outdoors she has a gray cloak over her back. She is thin in physique, and quite tall for an elven female. She has high cheek bones, and her skin is not pale, while not quite pink either, somewhat between the two. She wears a silver ring with no jewel, or anything of importance, while it is to her thou. Her voice is a mezzo-soprano, and she's quite good in singing a song or two.

HISTORY:
Alatriel is an elf who keeps things to herself. A Sindarin Elven maiden born 750 winters ago. Her father was a loremaster, a seeker. He wrote many things about the lands west of Rivendell, the lands known as the Bree-Lands, the lands of Men. He went on not-so-frequent, but very long trips, and it made Alatriel and her mother quite sad, but in her father's words "What must be done will be done.". As with most Sindar, she is very calm, and very quiet, rarely speaking up to say her opinion on matters.A few hundred summers ago, her father went on one of his trips again, but not to the land of Men, but to Mirkwood. Alas, he never returned, it is possible that he got ambushed by a gang of Orcs along the way, or maybe he just got lost. Alatriel will never find that out now.Her mother became very protective of her, warning her of the dangers beyond Imladris, and never to go beyond Imladris, for her own safety. Her mother also entered a state of depression, the sorrow of her love dieing was too much for her to bare, she couldn't find happyness in Middle-Earth no more, so her only wish was to sail West.She asked Alatriel to come with her, but she refused, she wanted to stay here in Imladris, in Middle-Earth. So her mother gave her a silver ring, and told her to keep it, so she could remember her mother, as she will remember Alatriel as long as this world is.Alatriel secluded herself from most of her friends, and started going to the libarary everyday, reading old legends and tales from the earlier ages, and studying more about the history of Imladris and Elrond the Half-Elven. She wanted to follow the footsteps of her father. She wanted to go West, to see the sea. That was her dream, she wanted to reach it, but she was still scared of the outside world. So she continued studying the lore for many-o winters.But recently she has become more outgoing, she's trying to get the courage to go out of Imladris for once, she needs friends, she needs people who can help her.
