IMNEWS POLICY PUPPETS

    The basic policy on puppets in Imladris is that they are allowed for three reasons:
  
      1. For a TP, with the puppet being eliminated when the TP is done.
      2. Book features who wish to maintain their previous character.
      3. RP in the valley while the player is ICly out of the valley. Again,
         the puppet must be eliminated when the player returns to the valley,
         just like for a TP.
  
      NOTE: Puppets should NOT be left around when the owner is offline.
  
      This policy is not a hard and fast rule, just a guideline. The basic premise behind the policy is that we want as few as possible puppets around the valley. If you have any questions, be sure to ask the LAs or +rulers.
