Scarlet Greythorn- Mysterious Thief/Baddie-type

Description:
This woman is taller than most- slender, but not without her share of muscles. She appears to be young- perhaps around the age of 23, though it's hard to tell exactly from the frame and face.

Her hair is dark- varying shades of brown, auburn and black, as if it couldn't quite decide what colour to be for any extended period. It could fall in loose waves below her shoulder-blades if it was ever released from its ties, or seen without hooded covering. The eyes have an intense gaze- perhaps that's just her nature, and she didn't intend it to be so- and are a muddy blue in colour. They are not unusually sized or shaped, and, like most eyes, ringed in long, dark lashes.

During the day, this woman wears typical Breefolk clothing- a mixture of skirts, shirts, shawls and head-dressings. If you were to find her smoking inside the Pony at night, she would be wearing blacks or greys. What else can be said about this young woman, except that there seems to be something.. . standoffish, about her. A certain air that contains an unspoken warning- to most, at least. But then again, maybe that's just the imagination playing up. It often can, when she's around.

There is little known about Scarlet Greythorn. She has no family to speak of. Or, at least, none that anyone know are related to her.. . She is the only one bearing the Greythorn name, and the last person who shared it died several years ago. Of course, there are stories and rumours- that she is the illegitimate child to a wandering ruffian and a defenceless Bree-woman. Another says that she was abandoned in Bree by two poor peasants, who had travelled from Dunland. Another would go so far as to suggest that her parents had been two hermits living together in the centre of the Chetwood (if hermits can, infact, live together), and she had murdered them both when she came of age.

No one knows when she was born, or where. No one remembers her as a child or growing up, and no one could positively say when she arrived in Bree-proper, and from what town she originally came. In fact, no one really knows anything about her past, except for Scarlet herself!

Whenever she arrived, she's in Bree-proper now, and making some kind of living for herself. Come to think of it.-does anyone know exactly what she /does/ here??
